It's a good bet you will see some great Maui sunsets at this oceanfront property. Good sunset views are available from many of the condominiums and from the large, park-like lawn that fronts the property to the ocean. There are two five-story buildings, with elevators, offering one and two bedroom condominiums. You will enjoy the convenience to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and tennis courts. The Maui Sunset resort is a quiet, expansive property and its amenities include a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecues, and a weight room. If you want to wind surf, this is a popular place to launch your rig. The interiors of the condominiums are spacious and well appointed with fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, telephone, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and private lanais. Ocean and garden views are available for your enjoyment.**Minimum 4-night stay is required or a cleaning fee will be needed at check-out**September 17: POOL will be closed 7AM to 3PM for cleaning and maintenance repair.September 25: HOT Tub will be closed for 24 hours. October 1: Pool will be closed from 7AM to 3PM for touch up/repair maintenance.

-720 hours, If you decide to make a reservation, a two night deposit is due plus a one time reservation fee of $35 at time of booking. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival is $100. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival. However, we will try to rebook your dates and refund all possible proceeds.
