"2 seperate times an employee of the hotel walked in our room without saying anyhing or giving us a chance to answer the door first. We were told by the manager that the employee didnÂ’t speak english and their policy is for any employee to back out of the room and say NOTHING if they enter the wrong room that is occuppied by a guest." — source Expedia
