The ever popular Herzog offers something quite charismatic in contrast to many hotels of its kind. Aside from its cozy charm, there is a complimenting blend of Bavarian hospitality mixed with a splash of Tuscan decor giving the hotel a real cosmopolitan flavor. An intimate reception opens onto a pleasant lobby bar with dark leather sofas and great breakfast room with an impressive buffet to suite all tastes. Extending out onto pretty gardens, for sure you will be impressed by the detail here. It is a pleasure to find such a relaxing retreat amidst a small feature fountain and great BBQ corner which sees the occasional brunches served on Sundays. Many of the rooms offer private balconies, some of which overlook the garden. Situated close to some of the citys famous beer houses and quick and easy access for all parts of the centre, the hotel is a great find. Within 20 minutes walk of Marienplatz and the historic centre, Octoberfest grounds, bars and restaurants.
