"Overrall, this resort was beautiful but we have never experienced such poor customer service from a hotel. (The front desk does not answer the phone & they really should rephrase 'Hospitalily & Guest Services' to the 'Can't be bothered department." — source Travelocity

"Housekeeping services were poor. They brought new towels on day #3 but did nothing approaching a "light cleaning"; we're used to garbage service, taking away old towels, maybe a single bed turndown, etc." — source Travelocity
