A brand new apartment hotel on the lake shore. A short distance (3km by car, 1.5km by walking track) to the town centre. There are storage lockers for ski and golf equiptment. Excellent for long staying guests who may prefer to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. SE0808 The building is constructed in two main blocks. Because of the location one building is positioned lower down the lake shore slopes than the other. Each is five storeys high. On the Frankton road, the main highway into Queenstown. A 20 minute walk(1.5km by lakeside walking track) into the town centre, or five minutes in a car. Overlooks the spectacular Lake Wakatipu and many rooms with views to the "Remarkables".

Guest Rooms:A variety of room types within the property. This room type is their hotel room, as the whole property is brand new all the fittings are very contemporary and well designed.
