Set in 6 acres in a magnificent valley inland between Malaga and Antequera, Casa Puesta del Sol is located in Villanueva de la Concepcion at just 18km from Antequera, is a conversion forming part of the main house but is completely self-contained with its own private entrance.The rooms are decorated in typical Andalucian style with white walls and ceramic tiles throughout. shuttered windows are designed to keep the rooms cool in summer.The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, separate shower room and a large bedroom with double bed and views over to the El Torcal National Park.The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, microwave and a washing machine.This opens onto a large lounge, ideal for relaxing in after a long day in the sun and is furnished with easy chairs, dining table and television (UK channels only). The shower room is fitted with a shaver point. Emergency lighting and smoke detectors are also fitted.Although the property has only one double bedroom, further sleeping facilities can be arranged to allow up to four people to stay in the accommodation. However, due to the rugged nature of the terrain and the fact that we are a working finca, we feel it is unsuitable for families with very young children.Outside the property there is a seating area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying the long summer evenings and the spectacular sunsets.There is a 3.5m diameter splash pool for you to enjoy a cooling dip in the heat of the day (Apr-Oct).PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY.**BALANCE IN CASH ON ARRIVAL ONLY PLEASE**

How to find usFrom Malaga airportDONT FORGET TO DRIVE ON THE RIGHT!From hire car park turn left and take the right lane signposted Malaga.At the roundabout, go straight on past the San Miguel factory.Get in the left hand lane and follow the sign for Malaga, where you will join a dual carriageway.Keep in the right hand lane and after about 2.1km take the exit signposted Motril and Antequera.You are now on the E15/A7 motorway. Follow this for 3.5 km to a tunnel.4.5 km after the tunnel take the A45 turn off signposted Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba.Stay on this motorway and after 14 km you will drive through two tunnels within 1.7 km of each other.After a further 3 km take exit number 148 signposted Vva de la Concepcion, Casabermeja and Colmenar. Bear left (a petrol station will be on your right) and go under the Motorway.At the roundabout, turn right. After 1.3 km you come to a T junction. Turn left here signposted Almogia, Vva de la Concepcion and La Villa del Torcal.Continue for 14.8 km until you reach the village of Villanueva de la Concepcion.At the T Junction in the village, turn left signposted Barriada La Higuera and Barriada Pastelero and go through the village (you will pass a petrol station called El Torcal on your left), continue out of the village for approx. 1 km.Turn right signposted La Joya and La Higuera.After 1.9 km, turn left signposted Bda el Cerro and Bda Pastelero (Here the sign may still be blown down. It is just after a cattle sign, opposite a bus stop).After 3.7 km on a left handed bend you will see a yellow and green building on your right called Santa Maria del Cerro. Turn right here and you will see a small track on your right leading down. Drive along this track for 1.5 km. (Careful if it�s wet!). (Halfway along there are blue gates, dont go between them but carry on sharp left.After 500 Metres you will see Casa Puesta del Sol straight in front of you.
