    "The location is the best, and surrounded by pubs and other hostels in the city center. Kind of a bummer that the common area closes at 11, but there is a huge downstairs room as well, and a bbq every Friday/Saturday night." source Hostelworld

More information on Isaacs Hostel

The brick fronted budget Issacs Hostel is set in a former wine warehouse situated opposite Dublin's main station, one kilometre from the castle. The 249 dormitory beds are set in simply furnishings rooms decorated with patterned fabrics, wooden floors and beamed ceilings. All have linens and duvets, housekeeping services, and ironing boards on request. The lobby has a television and fireplace for rainy days, as well as a pool table and high speed Internet. Isaacs Deli is a cosy caf� serving up a variety of homemade soups, sandwiches and meals. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk also offer a safe deposit box, currency exchange service, and tour and sightseeing advice. Guests can visit the infamous Dublin Castle one kilometre away. The hostel has excellent transport links, 300 metres from Connolly Train Station, two kilometres from the car ferry, and ten kilometres from Dublin International Airport. Renovation notice: Please note that the hostel are carrying out some renovation works to the ground floor reception from the 12th December 2007. This should cause no disturbance in guestrooms.

Directions

Guests can take the Airlink Bus to the central bus station (Busaras), directly opposite the hostel. Aircoach also offers a service from Dublin's city centre and Dublin south to and from the airport. The service runs 24 hours, every day. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver and cost approximately 10 EUR (return).
