"Rooms were so outdated, floors were dirty, 2 computers for internet use, walk through other hotel was a pain to get to beach, free shuttle to casino was never there, casino was small and always empty, never knew where restuarant and casino were until 3rd day because check in people never told you anything, had to go back 3 times for my back door key, local people using the pool, timeshare lady was rude and cut my husband in line, free drink and music parties always had timeshare people harrassing you there too, hotel is too interested in timeshare owners and not there hotel guests, they have these great plans for the hotel but need to start with staff customer relations." — source Travelocity
