"Don't get me wrong The Hyatt is an excellent hotel, but this one didnt just do it for me, the front desk was very friendly but the cleaning ladies need some attitude adjusters, #1 they did a sloppy job cleaning the room, except for a day prior to our departure, im thinking they probably thought we checked out lol." — source Travelocity
