"Due to this not happening on a Saturday the service was not available on the Sunday and we would have had to wait until Monday, Leaving on Tuesday so no use but they were very apologetic. Other issue in that external line for tel did not work (kept giving 2 lines)resulting in us making repeated calls to car service who had to call us back." — source Venere
