All gay male clientele. Our clientele is a blend of travelers from around the globe to local professionals who live less than a mile away, both couples and singles. Warren and Ric, the owners of New Zealand House, are also your hosts and are always available for guests. We'll be having breakfast by the pool with you, chatting about your Lauderdale experience the night before, helping plan the night ahead, or just sharing information on some of the choicest nightclubs, finest restaurants and attractions in South Florida.

Our unmatched location is in Victoria Park, a quaint, quiet residential neighborhood set conveniently between pristine beaches and the gay entertainment for which Fort Lauderdale has become famous. Like walking? Well, within minutes, you'll find gay theaters, Starbucks? coffee, grocery stores, boutiques, Borders? bookstore, Galleria Mall and dozens of restaurants. All this, and yet our location is secluded, tropical and serene.
