"There were only a few small things they could do better: softer beds, an order form for room service breakfast every night, all bath towels and cloths returned to the room when cleaned with nothing missing, giving their night concierge more computer training, having someone on duty at all times that speaks fairly fluent English - especially to answer the phones, to upgrade their buffet food with less items served in gravies, and to have some kind of carpet available for their large meeting room to reduce the sound reverberation." — source Orbitz
