"hotel is not nice from the outside it all, its old and overrated, we asked for extra towels and it took them 3 hrs, seriously not exagg, they have free breakfeast but its not good, when we got there they didnt tell us that they would take our car or what to do when it comes to parking, we had to ask, and we had to carry all of our bags to the room, same to downstairs and we order a kart becuase we had several bags and we never got it, so we carried all our bags and then it took them around 40 mins to find our car, i forgot my key and id inside of the room, and i couldnt go back in until i got in touch with my husband( he was in the room), and he iether had to come downstairs or i had to be escorted to the room by a guard." — source Travelocity
