Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade

"Room was spectacular with no view of course (only downfall) and it is a mission just getting to your room because you take an elevator to get to the front desk then take another elevator all the way down the "arcade" which would take you to your room, very safe no one can go to the room floors without a hotel key (thats a plus) would absoulutely stay there again, can't wait, this weekend i booked the radisson for the weekend we shall see how it will compare to the beautiful hyatt (i am almost sure." — source Hotels.com
