  • Overall: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"Perfect for gamblers; average for families and not recommended for romantic getaways in Vegas. Overall for us this was a good deal but it all depends on what people are looking for." source Orbitz

"good value, will recommend it to others, already have." source Skoosh

"Will not stay nor recommend again." source Priceline

"Great place to stay; nice and quiet; about 1/2 mile off of the strip; free shuttle service to the airport and places on the strip; many places to eat in the hotel and across the street; breakfast was only $1." source Travelocity

"would not stay there again." source Expedia

  • Clean: Rating of 3.9 out of 5

"Aside from that everything was great rooms are very clean." source Orbitz

"Clean rooms and great price for a very luxurious accommodation." source Hotels.com

"The Tower Room we stayed in was clean and neat." source Travelocity

"The rooms are nice, clean with large televisions so when you lose your shirt you can relax in your room with a nice large set." source Expedia

"Our experience at the Palace was a generally friendly staff, especially the free airport shuttle driver, clean rooms, two nice pools, decent buffet, free strip shuttle, though you might need to use a taxi at times." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.8 out of 5

"The rate seemed good until I found out that an additional service fee had been added which was equal to the cost of the room so now it was not a good rate." source Hotels.com

"Again, very friendly and helpful staff, nice, if distant, inexpensive rooms, and a free airport shuttle." source Travelocity

"The Casinos is great the room service is outstanding." source Expedia

"They tried to charge me for a service charge upon check in and check out." source Hotels.com

"You accommidations, and friendly staff made this vacation one filled with great memories." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"This was our first time in Las Vegas and the price of the hotel was great for the location." source Orbitz

"The location was good." source Priceline

"The food in the restaurants is good and the restaurants varied(although we do enjoy going to other locations to eat other than breakfast). The remodeled tower rooms are very nice, less expensive than on the strip and the beds comfortable, very nice bathroom area, and large Plasma TV in room." source Travelocity

"rm was nice enough, staff was friendly, my exp at grand cafe was bad but ok price, shuttle buses r nice srv to strip/airport- but location is not ideal if you want to be close to strip etc. would have rather stayed in middle strip area." source Travelocity

"It was very nice, clean and quiet---you didnt hear other peoples conversation in the room next to you and the restaurant downstairs was inexpensive even though it was located in the hotel." source Travelocity

  • Value: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Couldn't be any better for the price." source Orbitz

"There are better deals in Vegas, this place might be cheap but it is poor value for your dollar." source Skoosh

"After reading other comments about this hotel having a garbage truck noise problem in the courtyard, I chose the tower and paid 60 more dollars." source Travelocity

"All-in-all, this isnÂ’t the worst place I stayed at, but in Vegas, you can probably do better for the same price - after hotel charges." source Expedia

"Second, be prepared for the "surprise" hotel surchase of $5+ for the fitness center, shutle, and phone, which was not included in the "total" Travel agency price." source Travelocity
