South Eastern train services operate between Gatwick Airport and Redhill, where a connecting train runs to Maidstone West station, two miles from the hotel. The 330 bus runs from Maidstone town centre to the hotel. A taxi from the airport should cost around GBP 25. Maidstone is compact and best explored on foot. Regular train services operate to Paddock Wood (for connections to the Channel Tunnel link at Dover) and Strood (for connections to London). Driving directions: From the airport, head towards the M25, exiting onto the M20 via the M26. Exit at Junction 7 and follow the A249 to Maidstone. The hotel is on the right, about 400 metres from the motorway.
