"Obviously Edinburgh accomodation during the festival is harder to come by, but we do feel that the cost of the twin/double private rooms we opt for is inflated beyond what it should be and a great hostel like Hoppo wouldn't overcharge people on a budget at other times of the year." — source Hostelworld
"The only downsides were the lack of lockers, (you could store your belongings behind the desk for a small fee) and the high cost of internet (1 per 15 minutes) with no wireless access." — source Hostelworld
"Then the room was a bit cold and had a funny smell, and i felt a bit sad alone in a 16 bed dorm with three older men, but over all it was nice enough for the price." — source Hostelworld
"cold shower,a little noisy outside at night, female showers are crowded and a little dirty, all comupters are out of order, cost me 2 pounds to store luggage." — source Hostelworld
"+ location is top + the price + old building + warm showers ;) - i had a little dirty room - the buliding is very noisy at night." — source Hostelworld
