The farm home Woodland & Corte Belvoir is an enchanting, fabulous and authentic historic villa, three centuries old, finely restored of late and built completely of stone, encircled by almost five hectares (more than 12 acres) of land and woods. The property is located at about only four km (2.5 miles) outside the walls of the city of Norcia, it is immersed in the paradisiacal green of the National Park of the Sibylline Mountains and faces an impressive panorama that enjoys splendid sunsets. This exclusive complex, is furnished with 4 very ample and comfortable double bedrooms, with bath, color TV, and self-service mini-bar. There is no telephone service in the rooms, for which we invite our most welcome guests to come equipped with a cell phone. The elegant décor and the entire interior of excellent workmanship reproduce an ambience of medieval taste that will make you feel like you are living in a magical and mystical atmosphere. The place is also located in an optimal point of departure and regrouping on the part of the specialized personnel of our sports department for leisure and outdoor activities, offering enjoyment for all ages and levels of experience, both in summer and winter (attention! This service is only available by reservation). Our exclusive site has been classified as an historical, architectural and natural Unesco heritage site, inserted in a national reserve area (next Unesco candidate). It is a simple, healthy and extremely quiet location, strictly non-smoking and suitable for adult customers and for people who love quietness, nature and local typical cuisine. Therefore it is not suitable to fun and party lovers. The management of this farmhome loves children but informs that this site is not suitable for them and don't offers appropriate facilities such as cots and small beds. Norcia and its surrounding area offer other very good and especially equipped structures for families and groups with children. The Farmhome offers only B&B service, included in the price. For connoisseurs of good food and for exacting, refined palates we give note that in Norcia the most esteemed black truffle reigns supreme and uncontested, hence the sublime quality of the local cuisine.
