The Imperial Golden Triangle Resort

The decor here is Chinese -- you'll find Chinese lanterns, parasols, screens, and artwork, plus a Chinese garden and pagoda -- mixed with Western steakhouse. The food, however, is strictly Chinese, prepared by Chinese chefs. We particularly enjoyed the moo goo gai pan and Szechuan pork. Several items on the menu are marked hot, and reliable locals informed us they are to be believed! In all, the menu includes some 50 items, including a dozen vegetarian options.
