This romantic English Manor was once Club Arrowhead of the Pines, a private gambling resort developed in 1929 and managed by the Chicago Mobster, Bugsy Segal. Enticing Hollywood royalty and the rich to come party just a trolley car ride from Los Angeles, slots were legal and Prohibition was not! State of the Art craftsmanship completed restoration on the building in 1993, turning back time to a more elegant and gracious era of hospitality. At an altitude of 5600', we enjoy clean air, refreshing temperatures, and pure water. Pines and Oaks smell wonderful. We have four seasons: winter snow, springs bloom, carefree temperate summers, and fall colors in November. The quiet neighborhood is 5 minutes from the laKe and village. An assortment of activites and things to do await. The best part is RELAXING and GETTING AWAY FROM IT ALL!
