Budget accommodations with an old Hawaiian, lush tropical feeling is what makes Kona Sea Village different than all the other resorts in Kona. The Sea Village is an ideal base from which to experience the Big Island in style. Nestled at the foot of the Hualalai Volcano, is the main western city of Kailua-Kona. In ancient times, this area was considered the premier place to live due to the excellent weather and good water. Many kings made their homes here. This charming town has restaurants and shops abound. The resort offers a great pool, barbecue area, and hot tub. The amenities also include a pool, hot tub, tennis, barbeque area, and VCR and DVD rental players. The units have a well equipped kitchens, telephones with answering machines, TVs, washers and dryers, murphy beds, private decks, or lanai and ceiling fans.
