Walk across the parking lot to the multimillion dollar 50,000 sq ft gym. Our condominium Building 8 Canterbury Court ground level, is located on a 145-acre oceanfront resort with 24-hour security. It overlooks a beautiful freshwater lake with fountain surrounded by tall pines and plenty of open space. A walking bridge across the lake leads to one of more than ten pools on the property. Sidewalks lead to the beach and to the many activities that are on the property. Our property is located on the ground floor in Canterbury Court. A health club is a short walk away at additional cost. There are also hot tubs near the beach along with 9 pools and a splash water park at additional cost. You can enjoy over a half mile of white beach that is great for families. A short walk on the beach will take you to the longest pier on the east coast. The Villa is tastefully decorated with the living room, dining room, and hall wallpapered. The two full bathrooms are wallpapered and have ceramic-tile floors. The kitchen is also wallpapered with a ceramic-tile floor and has a pass-through to the dining room. All cooking utensils are provided along with a blender, toaster, and disposal. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, end table with lamp, ceiling fan and TV and DVD VCR player with cable and HBO. There is a screened-in porch with a table and two chairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with two lamps, two night stands, dresser with mirror and TV. It also has full bath with all linens included. Second bedroom has twin beds with lamp and night stand, and dresser with mirror and color TV. It also has full bath with all linens included. A washer and dryer and iron and ironing board are available in the unit.

Across from Acrcandian Shores golf course on Kingston Rd south of Wal-mart. 104 High Circle. Then 8B Canterbury Court on right. High Street and 8B Canterbury Court are the same. -- Directions -- Directions from Myrtle Beach Airport: Leaving airport, turn right at first light onto Robert M. Grissom Parkway. Continue approximately 7 miles then merge onto Hwy 31 North. Follow Hwy 31 North for approximately 5 miles to Hwy 22 East. From Hwy 22 take the Kings Road exit, turning right at bottom of ramp. Follow Kings Road for 1.2 miles and the Kingston Plantation entrance is on the left. Enter take first right that is 104 High Circle that is the same street 8B Canterbury Ct.
