Soon after confirmation you will receive the Direct Loft Voucher with general information and information on how to retrieve your key. Cancellations after 90 days to arrival will incur in 1 night penalty Cancellations after 45 days to arrival will incur in 2 night penalty Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of total. No shows will be charged the penalty of 50% of the total plus tax.
