Beautiful recently restored self catering apartment located just a few steps from the Colosseum. It owns a private courtyard where you can enjoy the pleasure of Rome mild climate. This is a 60 square metres apartment with a large double bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large well refined bathroom and a living area where there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment is located in the basement level, both the living room and the bedroom have a private glass door that brings to the private courtyard. A marble stair brings to the apartment. It guarantees a very quiet location despite it is just a few steps from the Colosseum and all the services: internet point, supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops are just behind the corner, just as like two Metro stops.

-720 hours, No charge for cancellation within 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made with less warning, these further payments will be made: From 29 to 14 days: 50% of the total price - From 13 to 7 days: 75% - From 6 days until the day prior to arrival, no-shows or cancellation during stay: 100% The owner/representative is authorised to debit the amount on the Credit Card indicated by the client upon reservation for these payments.
