The B&B Bonsignori lies in the heart of Florence in one of the oldest palazzos of Via Maggio, dated XIV hundred years and offers an informal, friendly and yet private atmosphere. The B&B offers two spacious rooms full of character, recently lovingly restored to reveal antique decorated timber beams and other original features. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, tv and free internet. Via Maggio is one of the most prestigious historical streets of Florence. A stones throw away from the Ponte Vecchio. Via Maggio, once home to the florentine aristocracy, today houses the most exclusive antique shops, whilst the neighbouring area is bustling with craftsmen’s workshops, shops as well as little markets.The Boboli Gardens, the delightful Piazza S. Spirito and the Uffizi are only a few steps away from the palazzo and, crossing the river, it’s only a short walk to the Duomo, Piazza Signoria and Santa Croce.The B&B can be found on the second floor of the palazzo. There is no lift.
