Set in the central highlands of the Island of Lana'i, also known as "The Pineapple Island," we are surrounded by miles of beautiful, untouched beaches. One of Hawaii's rare inland hotels, we were designed in the manner of a grand estate,with heavy timbers, beamed ceilings and natural stone fireplaces. Special Conditions The Lodge at Koele is leaving the Starwood system on September 30, 2005. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations after September 30, 2005. From November 8 to November 9, 2005, The Experience at Koele Golf Course will be closed for aerification. The course will re-open on November 10, 2005, but will be in a recovery process for approximately 2 weeks. The Challenge at Manele Golf Course will be open for play. From July 12 to July 13, 2005, The Challenge at Manele Golf Course will be closed for aerification. The course will re-open on July 14, 2005, but will be in a recovery process for approximately 2 weeks. The Experience at Koele Golf Course will be open for play. From October 4 to October 5, 2005, The Challenge at Manele Golf Course will be closed for aerification. The course will re-open on October 6, 2005, but will be in a recovery process for approximately 2 weeks. The Experience at Koele Golf Course will be open for play. From May 3 to May 4, 2005, The Experience at Koele Golf Course will be closed for aerification. The course will re-open on May 5, 2005, but will be in a recovery process for approximately 2 weeks. The Challenge at Manele Golf Course will be open for play. From April 12 to April 13, 2005, The Challenge at Manele Golf Course will be closed for aerification. The course will re-open on April 14, 2005, but will be in a recovery process for approximately 2 weeks. The Experience at Koele Golf Course will be open for play.
