Belmont Hotel is a recently renovated 68-room 50's style motor court boutique hotel with stunning views of the Downtown Dallas skyline. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Dallas Convention Center, Central Business District, Market Center, American Airlines Arena, the Arts District, and Historic Bishop Arts District. It is complimented by the trendy Bar-Belmont, with its roomy outdoor patio, a Conde Nast 2006 "Hot Spot"; Cliff Caf? serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service; newly opened Belmont Health Club; and the Belmont's outdoor pool and green area with great downtown views. Guests enjoy internet access, free local calls, valet parking, and Lather toiletries. Some rooms have contemporary interiors. Complimentary shuttle service is available 7:30am - 9pm within a 3-mile radius. Art exhibits and the Barefoot Concert series make the Belmont a unique and hip part of the Dallas hotel scene. Belmont Hotel is the anchor piece of a 14-acre Urban Resort which includes the hotel, restaurant, health club, 34 town-home/garden homes (under construction), 5 merchant homes 2009, and a 4-story retail/office/loft building with 49 residential units 2010.
