The Pidgeon at Costa Verde is centrally located in San Diego. Across the street is the UTC/WESTFIELD Regional Mall. Walking distance to several restaurants. Close to Qualcomm Stadium and Biotech Companies. Downtown is less than 20 minutes, and La Jolla is 5 minutes away. Some of the attractions in the area include John Birch Aquarium, Seaworld, Old town, Legoland, MCAS Miramar and Scripps Memorial Hospital. All room have air-conditioning and a full size washer and dryer. A brand new sports facility with several types of equipment, including a raquetball court, trainers and conference room. The Towers at Costa Verde open July of 2003, and the Pidgeon Company will have several homes. They will have everything the Garden Homes have, plus granite kitchen counter tops, granite entry ways and fantastic views of the city.
