"Would highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone." source Priceline

"Would recommend this hotel to anyone." source Priceline

"The suites are actually very large and nice, but overall not worth the hassle considering all the other great hotels in the area." source Travelocity

"LAVO lounge was a great place for drinks, and has a DJ a few hours before LAVO opens." source Travelocity

"They were very helpful and recommended some excellent dishes. I recommend getting the small orders of two or more items so you can sample different items for less price." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"The Palazzo was very nice - clean - nicely appointed. The Palazzo was very nice - clean - nicely appointed." source Priceline

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and very accommodating." source Priceline

"I could put up with the non-functioning elevators, the late room cleaning, and the Pretty Baby conventioneers, but the theft of my favorite bracelet has put me over the edge." source Travelocity

"I had to work on business matters in the room during cleaning service, and you would not even know they were in the room, working as silently and professionally as possible." source Travelocity

"Everything was clean and top-notch." source Priceline

  • Service: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"Excellent service from start to finish and terrific restaurant options." source Orbitz

"Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, beautiful room." source Travelocity

"MY STAY: The room safe wouldn't lock and required service (it took 1 œ hours for a technician to arrive); room service took well over an hour (after they said it would take only 30-35 mins); the glassware in the room was too filthy to be used without being washed; and room safe wouldn't unlock (with my valuables inside), requiring additional service." source Travelocity

"I have to agree with the maid service and not being very good. We had our room serviced and they didn't even replace the empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom and nothing was cleaned at all." source Travelocity

"Service is wonderful with the exception of the slow check in lines and process, which is the last thing one would want after an exhausting airport experience." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.7 out of 5

"This hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and avoids the noise and confusion of other large hotels on the strip." source Priceline

"The location, atmosphere, rooms, personnel, lounges, casino, restaurants, beautiful pool areas." source Priceline

"The maid came to clean the day after we had some friends over to our suite for a 40th birthday pre-party, she cleaned the bathroom and bed and left all the trash in the living room area as well as empty bottles of wine and beer, etc." source Travelocity

"This was one of the best trips to Las Vegas (and no, we didn't win any money) The rooms are configured a little different than the Venetian; the sleeping area seemed larger & the living area a little smaller." source Travelocity

"It is located directly on the strip of Las Vegas." source Priceline

  • Value: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"The Venetian Hotel in Macau was much older than Palazzo Las Vegas, but furniture in Venetian looked more high class for similar price range. In addition, the drink in the fridge had no price list." source Travelocity

"The Grand Lux Cafe was delicious and reasonably priced (there is also a Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian, but the one in the Palazzo was the better of the two, I think)." source Travelocity

"The Front Desk is not friendly and very snobby, and refused to reimburse us the cost of having a small package (in a UPS-letter sized envelope) delivered." source Travelocity

"This hotel is very nice, the only problem is- Its not completethe price is right nowbut when its done the hotel prices will skyrocket i bet." source Travelocity

"X had very good food at decent price--but service staff, while attentive, was inexperienced (needed more training)." source Travelocity
