Exit 5 Motel and Cottages

The Exit 5 property is comprised of three beautifully landscaped and wooded acres. Throughout the property there are gardens, fountains, a reflective pond, waterfall and places to sit and enjoy the quiet. In a side area there is a large playground for the little ones with slidges and swings, plus a basketball and tennis court. At the center of the property you will find our large indoor swimming pool, surrounded by indoor and outdoor decks for relaxing in any weather. All motel rooms and cottages have coffeemaker, microwave, cable tv with 76 cable channels, air conditioning, phone with free local calling, convenient parking, fridge, toaster, dining table, bathtub, shower, heater, hot water 24hrs. Suites have Jacuzzi and Fireplace in the bedroom. We have some of the motel rooms with kitchen area. The 1,2,3 bedroom cottages have full kitchen area with large living room and private bath. We also have 2 bedroom special suite for family. It has a huge living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. It also has jacuzzi in the bath area. It also has a private deck with barbeque grill.

-- Directions -- From north or south take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 36, Old Orchard Beach, which is formerly Exit 5. After the toll booth go straight to exit 2A. The exit ramp takes you to a traffic light at Route 1. Go straight across onto Ocean Park Road. Follow for 2 blocks, we are the first motel on the left. Look for our sign.
