ResortQuest provides winter shuttles that chauffer guests around the Steamboat Ski Resort and the Steamboat Springs area. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.
