The Sunnyside Park has managed to keep all of its colonial charm whilst still offering modern facilities that include an excellent fully equiped fitness centre, steam rooms, business centre, large pool with sun loungers, a baby sitting service, safe complimentary parking, a cigar/smoking lounge and a popular pub which is also open to the general public. (AHJ 0708) Built in 1859 and originally a grand residential estate, the Sunnyside Park is a beuatiful colonial building. Only 2 stories tall, this listed building has kept all its original features including high ceilings, sash windows and is surrounded by the landscaped gardens. Just a 15 minute drive from the excellent shops and restaurants of Sandton City and 30 kms (45 min drive) to Johannesburg Int'l airport, the Sunnyside Park Hotel is in the pleasant quiet area of Parktown.

Guest Rooms:All of the rooms are very spacious, have en-suite bathrooms and large comfortable beds. The rooms are decorated with original pictures from the turn of the 19th century and have whicker chairs and a writing desk. The rooms have a pleasant relaxed feel to them and good facilities including satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers, trouser press and PC modem points. 24 hour room service is also available.Area
