Location. The Hotel Ski Zahradky & Bungalows is located in Demanovska Dolina, Slovakia, 200 metres from the Chopok ski resort, and 20 kilometres from Liptovsky Mikulas city centre. The family hotel stands at 998 metres above sea level in the Demanovska Dolina valley. Hotel Features. The four storey alpine style hotel faces the surrounding mountains. Guests can relax in the sauna or have a massage after a day of skiing or downhill biking. Bikes are available to rent on site. Adults and children can enjoy the paintball playground in the forest on the property and the game room has billiards and table tennis. The restaurant of Hotel Ski Zahradky & Bungalows offers a selection of Slovak and international dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Non alcoholic drinks, beer, and spirits are served in the coffee bar. The AL Pacin bar has indoor and outdoor seating, and skiers can enter the self service restaurant with ski boots. During the warmer months, live folk music concerts take place on the terrace. The nearest ski lifts are located 50 metres from the hotel and form part of the Chopok resort, in the Demanovska Dolina ski domain. This resort features 43 kilometres of runs. The hotel provides ski shuttle and ski storage services. Guestrooms. The 70 guestrooms are divided between double rooms, apartments, and free standing bungalows. All have simple decor, and amenities include telephones, clock radios, and satellite television. Bathrooms have showers. The hotel offers half board rates.

From Poprad Tatry Airport (TAT): Distance to Hotel Ski Zahradky & Bungalows is 70 kilometres, approximately 1 hour s drive. Getting there. The hotel taxi can provide transportation to and from the airport. Taxis cost about 80 EUR from the airport to the hotel. The airport is not served by public transportation. A taxi can be taken to the nearest train station from which trains go to Liptovsky Mikulas. From there, buses connect to the Demanovska Dolina bus stop. Getting around. Trains and buses traverse the region although a rental car would be useful for excursions in the area.
