Location. The Sheen Falls Lodge is located five kilometres from the centre of Kenmare, Ireland. The subtropical gardens, woods, heather moorland and mountains surrounding the hotel create some unforgettable landscapes. Killarney railway station lies 40 kilometres from the hotel. Hotel Features. Sheen Falls Lodge is a luxury country house hotel on a 300 acre private estate. The Sheen River flows through the grounds in a series of waterfalls. The local countryside offers walks at all levels of difficulty. A car is recommended for extensive touring. The hotel's vintage car is at guests' disposal for excursions, along with packed lunches or picnics. Driving directions. From Cork Airport, take the N25 ring road signed for Killarney. Continue along the motorway and join the N22 for Killarney. After driving for about 65 kilometres take the R569 for Kenmare, passing through Kilgarvan. In Kenmare town take a left turn at the Post Office. Continue along this route across the suspension bridge and take the first turn left immediately after the bridge for Sheen Falls Lodge.
