"i wasnt very impressed with Pinewood which disappointed me based on the good reviews-yes the location is good,but our first night consisted off getting overcharged for a horrible dingy box room at the back of the kitchen and being faced with every sink in the kitchen being filled with dirty dishes and food-both these issues eventually got sorted but we found the staff were not really that concerned with any problems and in some cases were rude-also, 200+ people for 1 tiny tv room is ridiculous." — source Hostelworld
