This is a new hotel and can be considered a 4-star, Superior First class hotel. This is a large hotel which is part of an even larger complex which will have another hotel and many recreational and meeting facilities. Although the hotel is a bit out of the major district of Hong Kong, there are many shops and restaurants in Tsuen Wan district. The public transportation is conveniently located close to the hotel, taking half an hour to go to downtown Hong Kong. This building is linked with an internal bridge on 41th floor to the other phase of the hotel, which is taller and will be opened in 2008. The hotel is located at the waterfront of Tsuen Wan Central. It is just a 30-minute ride from Hong Kong International Airport and a 5-minute walk away from the KCR West Rail Station, which is linked to the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) system, which links major districts in Hong Kong. The closest MTR underground station is Tsuen Wan which is about 15 minutes away. From this station, it takes 24 minutes by train to Tsim Sha Tsui or 27 minutes to Central District.
