Marceau Bastille is a charming and contemporary four star hotel and Art Gallery - centrally located between Bastille square - the Gare de Lyon and the historic Marais district. Opened in January 2006 its interior is decorated in a characteristic design style. Le Marceau Bastille offers 55 rooms finished in two unique styles - The Urban Room guarantees a cosy and avant garde type atmosphere swathed in vibrant colors and steeped in elegance - The Ecological Room offers a sunny environment set off by bright - yet soft tones - natural materials - organic forms and sleek lines. Room furnishings combine delicacy with modern technology and all rooms are well-appointed to ensure the comfort of guests - with facilities including free Wifi access- air-conditioning- flat screen TV and a phone. The Lounge displays the works of modern artists on a rotating basis - and this is the room where a buffet breakfast can be enjoyed every morning.
