"Just a couple of tips: (1) to get away from the crowd skip the hotel beach and take the local bus to Arashi or Baby beach where you can rent a canopy & chairs for a small fee (2) everything retail, including Oranjestaad downtown shopping areas pretty much shuts down on Sunday so take a snorkel excursion that day instead (Mon & Sun are Red Sail's least busy days) (3) if you ride, take a guided Harley tour for a quick overview of the island (4) I agree with the comment below, get your cocktails." — source Travelocity

Location. The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino rises above 12 acres of tropical gardens, ponds, waterfalls and pools that border the white sands of Palm Beach in Aruba's high rise hotel district. The shops, restaurants and nightlife of Oranjestad lie less than eight kilometers away. Hotel Features. Caribbean elegance sets the tone for this contemporary resort, which completes a $20 million renovation in 2007. Restaurants include Ruinas del Mar where black swans and koi swim amid a rustic recreation of seaside ruins. Chef Miguel Garcia creates imaginative twists to traditional, Spanish influenced dishes. Caf� Japengo honors the travels of Marco Polo by serving Asian taste temptations. Numerous seaside and poolside bars reflect island ambience. Nine function rooms accommodate up to 600 attendees. A business center provides high speed Internet access. Stillwater Spa offers beauty salon services, refreshing facials and body therapies that include the Conchi Splash Massage and the White Lily After Sun Wrap.
