This hotel is without doubt the best hotel in Cusco and arguably in the whole of Peru itself. It has three open courtyards all of which have very well kept gardens and stone arches surrounding the gardens in typical monastery style. 11/05 MQ The hotel is,as its name suggests,a converted monastery dating back to 1595. The hotel is situated in the centre of Cusco just one hundred metres away from Plaza De Armas square which is the very centre of the town and where most historical monuments are situated.
