Santiagos preferred hostel since 2002. Latinamericas #1 hostel! as voted by online bookers!Perfectly located, clean, safe and fun... Quoted from Lonely Planet 2006 :'Colorful, bright, secure, relaxed and comfortable - Not only does it tick every box for a good hostel stay, it is also within hollering distance of some of the citys best bars and restaurants.'We are centrally located on the East side of Barrio Bellavista, the famous bohemian quarter of town and one of Santiagos main highlights. Although the hostel block is quiet (consists mostly of atmospheric restaurants), you will find many services on Pio Nono street (one block away), such as a pharmacy, fast food, mini-markets, bottle shops, handicrafts and ATMs. The neighborhood is also famous for its many bars, nightclubs (from salsa to DJs) and places to listen to live music. All major sites of interest are walking distance. Eventhough there is plenty of fun to be had in our vibrant neighborhood, you can always hang out at the hostel playing pool, foosball, watching a movie, surfing the web or just chilling on our sundeck with a beer or glass of wine. The dorm rooms in our cosy hostel have high ceilings, hard wood floors and access to balconies. Our solid steel beds (no shaking or squeaking) are equipped with a spring mattress and a backpack sized locker (bring your padlock!).
