The Reforma Avenue Hotel has an excellent location, between the Paseo de la Reforma Avenue and Donato Guerra. It is a building built in February of 1979 with 12 floors. The hotel offers 100 guestrooms, which 91 of them are guestrooms and 9 of them are suites. Among its services the hotel offers a travel agency to provide any type of tourist information, such as theater dramatic works, airplane or bus ticket sale, hotel reservation, etc. at the same time offering a restaurant called El Faisan. The hotel offers handicap facilities, parking, gym, a barber and beauty shop, health club, meeting and conventional facilities, and much more. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities include cable TV, telephones, bathrooms (with a bathtubs), minibars, background music, and hairdryers.
