It is located in a nine hectare estate, comprised of beautifully maintained ponds, &[meaning unclear] vineyards with views of the surrounding Helderberg Mountain and False Bay. An excellent hotel, perfect for guests wishing to have a relaxing and tranquil stay. There is a very good spa with a variety of treatments available to guests. There are two outdoor swimming pools and a spa. (AHJ 0808) A very attractive building built in the style of classic Dutch Cape architecture. Painted white and just two storeys tall, the hotel is spread out over many hectares of well-kept land. Situated in Somerset West, a beautiful area within the Cape Winelands, and just 35 minutes drive from Cape Town Centre and 20 minutes from the airport. It is also very close to the beautiful False Bay.

RestaurantThere are two restaurants, both located on the ground floor: La vigna, which serves Tuscan international cuisine & [meaning unclear] and the Garden Terrace, serving buffet and an a la carte menu. The Breakfast room offers an excellent buffet, serving hot and cold foods. The room spills out onto a pleasant terrace area where guests can also eat.
