"We had to change rooms shortly after arrival as there was a leak, into the room, from the aircon unit. The aircon in the second room was totally ineffective but apparently no other rooms were available; DESPITE PAYING £140+, WE SPENT AN ALMOST SLEEPLESS NIGHT." — source Venere
