An excellent property in the centre of the city, with all the facilities and services one would expect from this brand of hotel. SE0107 A nine storey 1980's building on a corner site with the main entrance on the corner of Kilmore and Durham Streets. Another entrance to hotel is at the back of the ground floor leading directly on to Victoria park. Located right in the centre of Christchurch, in Victoria Square, across the road from the Christchurch Convention centre and a two minute walk to the Casino.
