"It is however quite a drive from Coimbra- but definately worth dropping by for a drink or meal- I would stay there again- as it was very relaxing and beautiful grounds." source Hotels.com

"Secluded and exclusive feeling European run, with courteous help, owner involvement, and lovely grounds, this hotel had some decor issues (a bit kitschy in the rooms, (though if we'd been there in the winter, we'd've loved the fireplace) and pilled pink polyester table cloths), but overall the experience was very nice, with a fairly luxurious breakfast included." source Priceline

  • Room: Rating of 4.7 out of 5

"The room was beautiful and the breakfast in the am was a beautiful spread." source Orbitz
