Location. The Kfar Maccabia Hotel and Suites is located in Ramat Gan, Israel, 100 metres from the national park, five kilometres from the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and 10 kilometres from the Luna Park theme park. The hotel lies 15 kilometres from Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport. Hotel Features. The Kfar Maccabia Hotel and Suites is set on a tree lined site next to the cafes, museums, and playgrounds of the national park. Visitors to the hotel have access to the onsite sports club which covers an area of 50,000 square metres. Facilities inside the complex include five separate swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, a hot tub, and sauna. Inside the hotel's modern lobby area is a 24 hour front desk where multilingual staff can offer currency exchange, concierge services, dry cleaning services, and tour assistance. Wireless Internet access is provided throughout the hotel's air conditioned public spaces. Complimentary parking is available. The hotel restaurant serves a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel offers business services, a meeting room suitable for small groups, and dedicated conference facilities. From Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport (TLV): Distance to Kfar Maccabia Hotel and Suites is 15 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis wait at level G, terminal 3, and the fare to the hotel is around 50 to 70 USD. Fares are higher at night. Sheruts (shared taxis) have fixed rates per passenger. Visitors are advised to use registered taxis only. Getting around. Sheruts (shared taxis) are popular for exploring Tel Aviv. The minibuses can accommodate up to 10 passengers. Fares are around 5 NIS per person and most city routes are covered. Private taxis are inexpensive, but passengers should ensure the meter is used. Buses run regularly throughout the town, except on Jewish holidays and the Sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening). Tel Aviv city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot.
