The reception of the hotel is located on the 6th floor, as well as the bar, breakfast restaurant and the rooftop terrace with its stunning view across the city west. The reception is occupied 24 hours a day. The hotel offers a total of 57 rooms on five floors, all equipped with high quality marble bathrooms. Most of the rooms offer a view on the vibrating Kurfuerstendamm. All rooms have a private bath equipped with hairdryer, TV pay-tv, phone, minibar and safe. The various other amenities offered are bar, high speed internet access (in 23 rooms), wireless internet access (free in lobby and bar area), laundry service, lift/elevator, lobby, pets allowed, reception and safe deposit box. Public parking (approx Euros 14.00/day) and health club within walking distance.

The Hotel Boulevard is centrally located, directly on the famous Kurfuerstendamm, next to the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial Church. The hotel offers a perfect infrastructure, easy to reach the fair and exhibition center (Messe Berlin), as well as the highway towards Dresden, Leipzig, Hannover and Hamburg. Just in front of the hotel is the subway station "Kurf?rstendamm" and numerous restaurants, stores and the "Europa Center". Many of the city's theaters are also close to the hotel.
