  • Overall: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"when i asked the staff where the money changer was (since it was on Sunday and we thought that the forex was closed) , one of the staff (curly hair, woman) answered not in a friendly way :( anyway, instead just giving us the direction, you could show us on the big map as well (but you didn\'t) however, overall, i enjoyed my staying there." source Hostelworld

"Overall it was a very typical hostel experience." source Hotels.com

"so why do they need 4 hours to get the room ready for other guest overall its thumbs down." source Expedia

"I could feel the timber slats through the mattress making for an uncomfortable sleep and overall, apart from the reception area, the whole place just felt a bit tired." source Hostelworld

"And the room was ok, although the shower was together with the toilet and had no curtain or anything separating whatsoever the overall of the hostel was very nice." source Hostelworld

  • Clean: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"The staff, although they seem a little overworked, try very hard to keep everyone happy, the beds are nice and comfy, the rooms are kept very clean (they seem to clean them every day) you get lockers, a little kitchen in the room, free internet, and a very good location for exploring Oslo." source Hostelworld

"When I checked in and went to my assigned room, I found that the room was clean but the bedding looked soiled." source Hotels.com

"Buffet is really chaotic; the waiters are disorganized: they run around the dining room but they don't seem able to control the situation, clean tables, take regularly food and beverages in the buffet." source Hostelworld

"The rooms are good and clean, but the linen charge (50 kr) is extortionate, and you'll have to pay it unless you've brought your own sheets -- no sleeping bags are allowed." source Hostelworld

"The room was clean, although it did not "feel" clean, and the location was in a part of town that was a bit "shady." source Hostelworld

  • Service: Rating of 3.6 out of 5

"Good hostel, good price, good location, friendly staff, except one guy, who tried to be the coolest guy in the world (apparently to make an impression on Miss Norway next to him) and only gave some muffled replies all the time." source Hostelworld

"Oterwise, i am very disappointment to this hostel,it has good location, and the other services are not as well as all the hostel i have accomodated." source Hostelworld

"Nice hostel, clean rooms and helpful staff." source Hostelworld

"The staff in this hostel need to be trained on how to "customer service skills"." source Hostelworld

"friendly staff, nice atmosphere downstairs." source Hostelworld

  • Location: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"Its location is pretty central since Oslo is an extremly compact city. Nevertheless, the neighborhood doesn't show the city's best sides, area might not always be safe." source Hostelworld

"The location is good - tram stop was directly across the street. Closer to downtown is better location, however then it also gets louder." source Hostelworld

"On the less than positive side, the stairs going up to the rooms where lacking in the same modern and vibrant touches as the main meeting area." source Hostelworld

"The location and the price indeed made our stay very pleasant. I will definitely stay there again for its excellent location." source Hostelworld

"no security at all in left luggage area, and hostel itself, while very convenient to train/bus, is in somewhat seedy area." source Hostelworld

  • Value

"The only drawback with this hostel is that the linen is not included in the price. You have to hire it (for an extra cost) if you are no carrying your own linen." source Hostelworld

"Oslo is extremely expensive, but this hostel is very good value for your money and they are always full." source Hostelworld

"very good price for Oslo where everything is double or more the price of the US." source Hostelworld

"didnt eat breakfast, but it also cost an extra 55 NOK." source Hostelworld

"It's a nice Hostel in Oslo according to its price." source Hostelworld
