Originally built in 1956, Hotel Valley Ho became a hot spot for celebrities of the era with its inviting pool courtyard. Now this former hideaway for Hollywood's favorites reemerges after an $80 million rehabilitation as Scottsdale's hottest new urban resort and recaptures the flavor of its classic mid-century design.Paying tribute to the original flavor of its classic mid-century design, Hotel Valley Ho reopened on December 20, 2005, as downtown Scottsdale's most exclusive luxury hotel. Originally a hideaway for Bogart, Bing and Marilyn, this Scottsdale hotel once again features spacious rooms with all-glass walls opening onto large private patios or balconies. New enhancements include the VH Spa (Vitality + Health) offering eight treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness facility for workouts overlooking the pool, a movement studio for private Yoga or exercise classes, music and massage in private cabanas, and dining at Cafe ZuZu, Trader Vic's, and the poolside Oh Pool Bar + Cabanas.Summer Pool Policy: Effective 4/18/09 through 9/26/09 all pool guests must be a registered hotel guest of Hotel Valley Ho.A maximum of 3 guest per king-bedded room and 4 guests per double-bedded room will be in effect. 3rd and 4th guests ina room will be charged $25.00 per night plus tax. There is no charge for children 17 years old and younger.
