Riad el Nour

The Riad is located in the heart of the old Medina City, only 2 mn walk from the Museum of Marrakech and the Souks and 8 mn walk from the Main Square “Place Djemma El Fnaa”.The Riad El Nour has opened the doors in 2007 after 2 years of refurbishment. We have kept all traditional and local fabrics, furniture and design.You will choose one the 5 bedrooms, all have en suite bathrooms, individual Air conditioning and heating. Two are on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All rooms have twin or double bed, the suites have one extra single banquette.The Riad has a lovely patio on the ground floor with a fountain made in Zelige from Fés. On the Roof terrace, you will find a Jacuzzi for the hot days to have a dip and relax after the long hours walking in the Souks. You can also enjoy the lounge area, with a glass of mint tea or why not a fresh glass of wine… You will have the opportunity to have dinner in our second riad next door, Riad Karmela with a lovely Moroccan food. Also Hammam and massages are possible in the Riad Karmela.

-240 hours, 30% of the stay in case of cancellation 10 days before arrival. 100% of the stay in case of cancellation less than 10days before arrival.

Directions

1. If Jemma-El-Fna is open to traffic ask the taxi driver to stop at the CTM hotel. Facing the CTM hotel, to the left is the street Riad Zitoun el Quedim (under the arch)(1). Go straight through the arch to another arch about 100m further down, keep going straight for another 100m to shop No 26 (a butcher's shop on the right with the number written above the entrance), turn immediately right into Derb Lakhdar, Riad dar Tamlil is the 7th door on the right (brass plate on door), ring bell. Takes approx 3mins from CTM hotel. Another option, to be made deposit towards the Mediterranean Club and continue with foot till crossing the Place and following road here-over.(On the whole approximately 6 minutes to walk). 2. Alternatively if Jemma-El-Fna is closed to traffic ask to be dropped at Hotel Gallia (2). From there along a passage way to Hotel Chellah. Pass in front of the hotel and continue until passage way joins Riad Zitoun el Quedim, then it is the next left turning immediately before the butcher's shop on left with number 26 above entrance. Turn immediately left into Derb Lakhdar, Riad dar Tamlil is the 7th door on the right (brass plate on door), ring bell. Takes approx 4mins.
